RETURNS & EXCHANGES
As all of my garments are handmade, I cannot provide a refund for change of mind or if the garment does not fit.
This is why careful consideration must be used when choosing a garment and taking measurements.
I am happy to provide an exchange or credit note for a garment if it is deemed faulty after thorough inspection. The garment must be returned in an unworn condition, with tags still attached. This must be actioned within 14 days of receiving the garment, after that period no exchange/credit note will be provided.
Nasteski has the right to refuse exchange/credit note if the garment is not returned in its original condition.
The shipping cost of exchanged garments is the responsibility of the customer. The customer must provide a return satchel with exchanged garment and must be sent via tracked shipping.
No exchanges or credit notes will be offered on sale items.
